Bryn has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London. He has worked under Marco Pierre White at The Criterion and Michel Roux at Le Gavroche. He is now widely regarded as one of Wales’ best chefs having risen to fame on ‘Great British Menu’ in 2016.
The Restaurant will be serving breakfast and a two course lunch on all three days of the event.
