Celebrity chef and restaurateur Bryn Williams is heading up a brand new on-site VIP restaurant and creating a bespoke menu which showcases the best of Welsh produce and game.

In the breathtaking setting of the Vaynol Estate with Snowdonia as your backdrop, the restaurant is perfect for those on the hunt for something special.

Bryn has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London. He has worked under Marco Pierre White at The Criterion and Michel Roux at Le Gavroche. He is now widely regarded as one of Wales’ best chefs having risen to fame on ‘Great British Menu’ in 2016.

The Restaurant will be serving breakfast and a two course lunch on all three days of the event. 

Breakfast served from 9 – 11, lunch served from 12 – 15.30

Breakfast Menu: Tea, coffee, Apple & Orange juice 

Strawberry, apricot, soaked oats, honey & almonds.

Porth Eirias full Breakfast or Smoked trout, Toasted muffins, poached egg, hollandaise. 

Lunch menu: Bread, Trealy farm  Cured meats & house pickles  (wild boar salami, game & red wine salami, duck and five spice salami)

 Main: All served with potatoes for the table.

Elwy valley fallow venison, Mushroom & onions, red chard. 

 or Grilled lemon sole, Brown shrimp butter, samphire.

 or Grilled courgettes, Black olives, tomato, capers, balsamic & basil. 

Dessert: Raspberries & peach, Savarin, Chantilly cream or a Selection of Welsh cheese, Bara Brith, pear chutney.
